Our Founding Partner
Being passionate about Femtech, Gail started Lavender Ventures as its founding partner. She has deep experience in large corporate environments as a former Accenture managing director, as well as in start ups and scale ups. As a former COO of a tech company, she has led the software development and product development. Gail is currently a strategic advisor to Wellbeing of Women, a national charity. She is a ultramarathon runner and has also published a book on nutrition.
