Lavender Ventures was founded by Gail, an experienced operator, investor and entrepreneur with a passion for improving women's health and wellbeing.
Having held senior leadership roles in large corporates and technology businesses, Gail brings extensive experience of strategy, operations, scaling businesses and navigating the challenges that come with growth.
She combines this operating experience with an extensive network across business, healthcare and women's health.
Gail is passionate about supporting the next generation of founders and believes that the combination of capital, experience and the right network can make a significant difference at the earliest stages of a company's journey.
